Ashlynne Niccole Walker

My Story

Ashlynne Niccole Walker is a native born and raised on the eastside of Indianapolis, IN and a 2004 Warren Central graduate. She is the mother of a 9 year old girl (Ka'Ris) and 16 year old boy (Mareeon). She is a Victim's Advocate,

Licensed Esthetician and Certified Grief Specialist. Her journey from depressed to success came from the least expected tragedy, the death of her sister Chanelle Walker- Wells. In 2008 Chanelle was killed at the age of 24 by gun violence during a home invasion while sitting in the comfort of her own home while her 4-month- old son laid helpless in the next room. At that moment AshLynne knew her life would never be the same, so she took action to heal the hurt and began to pour life, love and lessons to those around her. Although she knew it would not be easy, after suffering from the loss of her sister and struggling with self-esteem issues and depression as a child, she made the effort to find purpose in her new

life without the person she knew her whole life. Today she chooses life and wakes up every day with purpose, seeking to change hearts and minds of those who lack the ability to love or the mental capacity to live a healthy and positive life.

AshLynne is forever grateful to all those in her inner circle who have supported her and pushed her to realize the Pain Passes but the Beauty Remains which is a daily quote she tells herself. Jeremiah 29:11 says For I Know the plans. I have for you declares the Lord, to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. She is walking with purpose into her destiny and is excited for what God has in store.
